After some thorough research on traditional method of applying leave, we came out with an idea of solving the problem by developing a complete Leave Management System and named it as ‘eCuti’. It is a robust, flexible and easy to use.
No more hassle to the staff and management. Every transaction will be notified via e-mail and it will make the system more user-friendly and alert.

eCuti is powerful configurable, affordable and user friendly. Unijaya has analyzed the need and requirement for the development of ‘eCuti’ application. Sources are taken from “Buku Perintah- Perintah Am” and our existing clients (Government agencies) guidance. According to “Buku Perintah- Perintah Am”, definition of ‘Cuti’ is:
Dibawah PA [1] Bab C 1974, tafsiran 'cuti' adalah seperti berikut:
"Cuti bermakna sebarang tempoh seseorang pegawai itu dibenarkan meninggalkan tugasnya dan peninggalan tugas itu tidak dikira sebagai putus perkhidmatan atau sebagai berhenti kerja."
Kemudahan cuti yang disediakan untuk pegawai sektor awam diasaskan kepada sebab-sebab seperti berikut:
a. Diberi kerana perkhidmatan - cuti rehat, cuti separuh gaji dan cuti tanpa gaji.
b. Diberi atas sebab perubatan - cuti sakit, cuti bersalin, cuti tibi, kusta dan barah, dll.
c. Diberi bagi tujuan tertentu - cuti haji, berkursus dan cuti tidak berekod. |
